Best Online Marketing Ideas?

If I was starting out again. I would learn about creating my own products, list building and email marketing.

I would use outsourcing sites like fiverr, to do the work that I didn't have the skills for.

I would build these as the foundation of my business and then later on market both my own products and some affiliate products to my list.

There is a ton of great information in this forum and I recommend you keep your wallet in your pocket and spend time reading the threads and asking questions for a while.

Because it is easy to get stuck in a circle where you are spending your money on new products and trying to buy success. Rather than learning the skills and doing the work that it needs.

the basics of building a business is same, whether online or offline....get a product, get ways to market that and increase ur profits. if u can create ur product like softwares, apps, ebooks etc thats great else do affiliate or network marketin. now i personally prefer network marketin as that builds passive as well as residual income. anyways clickbank is also a source to do affiliate marketin. i suggest find one where u can get lifeling return on ur efforts of say 2-3 years from now. increasin subscribers list is one thing that can pay lifelong returns but here we hav to analyse the tastes of our subscribers. if u built ur subscribers promotin health products currently but later on u start promotin them alcohol, that wouldn't be of much help and may b ur subscribers start leavin u. hence, u need to hav vision before startin in any IM area as business is always ling term. decide on one area then stick to it. jumpin from one thing to another would never earn success. remember IM is a business and every business has some traits to follow. I's say list building is something you should definitely consider. Building your own product too, but until you get there, you could try affiliate marketing as well.

Always keep in mind that any business, including your online business, is all about finding pockets of demand for products or services and then finding ways to put those products/services in front of those people adding value along the way.

Adding value could mean creating a comparison that simplifies their decision, it could mean "pre-selling" them by giving away useful content that leads to ultimate sale, could mean offering up front advice or consulting toward back-end products, etc...

It starts with choosing a market, uncovering demand and then matching one of these areas with an area you will commit to working for the next 6-12 months - from the market and specific desire you can work out a plan on how best to reach the customer.

Of course building a List of Subscribers and providing content to them and marketing to them on a regular basis is a great way to pursue an online business.

It takes time and be prepared for some failures, but most importantly know that with smart planning and time you will find success

Keep in mind you need an offer that has been proven to convert in a market that has been proven to be very profitable by driving traffic from sources that have enough reach within your market and by sending visitors to a landing page based on what you know works today.
