Niche blogging courses

I won't name names, but I came across several of these so-called niche blogging courses that offfer financial freedom, work from anywhere, etc.

The operators of these websites supposedly can teach you how to live the "laptop lifestyle" just buy starting a niche blog.
They never, reveal their niche websites/blogs yet they claim that they're making money off these niche blogs.
And, if you buy their courses, you too will be able to achieve the financial freedom as long as you do as they say. It seems to me that the only source of income to them is the courses that they sell to the "Average Joe" who's is willing to buy their tutorial despite the fact that their basic computer skills suck and they have a difficult time navigating the web.

What's your opinion on these type of courses?

Maybe they're trying to elicit curiosity and get people to spend money to find the answers?

I offer a blogging course although I make it quite clear from the get-go that it's not easy, and anybody that claims it is, is lying.

People put out courses with ridiculous claims because that's what sells best and people fall for it. Just look at the WSO section or read all the threads about people who wasted thousands of dollars on products because they had 'shiny object syndrome.'

People want lots of money without putting in the hard work necessary to acquire it. That's what it really comes down to.
