Get a windows VPS that's based in the USA.

Use remote desktop to login and access the website.

  The VPS in UAE seems the best way, but it can be expansive.

Agree with Marked09 - get a UAE proxy. Set up your browser with it, and check out the site - five minutes work. PM me if you need UAE proxies.

I am using remote VPS and it works great. Also connected with dropbox to transfer files. You can use any proxy to connect with it.

I prefer VPS even you sleep it is downloading something.
