What service can I sell to New Domain Owners?

I have daily access to large number of people who have purchased a domain name recently..

Any ideas how to make money over this opportunity, anyone? At first instance, selling them services such as Web design, or hosting package comes to mind. But I welcome further inputs.

    The 2 things you mentioned are the ones that first come to mind. You could also offer them SEO services, if and only if you know your way around SEO. Or you could also offer help with installing different scripts (Wordpress, forum scripts, whatever they plan on using).

    I register lots of domains, and personally HATE all those unsolicited emails. Sure, anyone can look over the domains that expired today, do a whois lookup on them, and get peoples information. You're still sending completely unsolicited messages.

    I see them for web design, SEO, hosting..pretty much all of it and would have to say the method is pretty saturated anymore. If you do it I hope you can at least come up with something more unique than those..

    Well first of all... when you say that you have access, are they just email addresses or do you personally have a connection with these people? If you have the rights to email them, then maybe consider surveying them and segment them into different groups.

    That way you can help people get on track the best way possible. Some people may need assistance with hosting, then you can teach them about email marketing etc... or some may already have that in place and then you can segment even further with the niche that they are looking to pursue.

    I think it really depends on what you mean by that you have "access".

    i just purchased a few domains on thursday evening and during friday I got 3 calls from telemarketers no caller ID trying to sell me various services

    you'll find that most people who buy domains will know what to do with them, and will get annoyed at unsolicited contact.. i know i sure do..

    This is a bit off topic, but since it hasn't yet been determined if the emails in question are about to be spammed or it is a more 'voluntarily opted into list', Holy Spam the mods here had to just deal with. Kudos to them, because I closed the tab as the forum was unreadable. Thanks for cleaning it up.

    You can provide man service to them. Such as content provider, SEO, hosting & so on. If you have enough knowledge to write anything, you can choose the way of earning without any investment.

      Hi

      It's depends on what they expect
      for instance the sentence : " selling them services such as Web design, or hosting package comes to mind." opens different scenarios.

      Nowadays a webhosting offer includes everything (space, email etc) but , sometimes, it's might be better split hosting service and email service and it could allow to earn more on the customers' need and, at the same time , give them a better solution.

      At the moment I've two suppliers for VPS / HOSTING e Email hosting and I use them to provide the better mix for my customers.

      The applied prices allow to have extra gain (especially the email) and , as already stated, to give a better service (in term of reliabilty, support etc).

    TRAFFIC!

    The best solution would be if you could buy traffic WHOLESALE
    and re-sell it to these new domain owners.

    Obviously, you would have to be dealing with a reliable traffic
    source, but they are out there.

    I would offer them web hosting and designing as most of them need these services after buying a domain. You can earn enough money from these services alone.
