for example we have website with domain gkgk.com
and keywords
a,b,c,d
What we do
we do articles on our website with title and keyword
a
another article with b and so on
Finally we have 4 articles ( one keyword per each) and we promote only articles
Will it work?

what i understood is that u want to build your blog, write your articles and promote...sure it will work but do not forget the basics of blog. write only those articles that provide value in your nich. Your articles should solve a problem people generally face in your respectiv nich for that article to become viral. Wish you luck

The hard truth: you won't earn a cent.

One of the mistakes newcomers make - and it's a painful mistake to make - is putting their heart and souls into wonderful-looking websites, spending months writing keyword articles, and often great articles, only to find that Google rarely rewards hard work. And it really isn't so much Google as it is your competition. I began ranking websites two decades ago. Although SEO isn't dead, and never will be, I can tell you that it certainly isn't where newcomers should start out. You'll end up working hard for months only to make less than you'd earn in a day at an offline job.

My advice: keep things super simple (just for now) and concentrate on free traffic channels that are, in relative terms, very easy to utilize:

    - Youtube
    - Facebook
    - Twitter
    - And pretty much every other social.

To make life super-simple, put together a laser-targeted niche blog that covers a desperate, evergreen market, and fill it with content that you infuse with viral potential. You then feed that site with socials and any other relevant traffic sources and profit from CPA offers.

The above will actually get you earning a decent amount compared to trying to rank articles in G.

I wish you all the best!

    Tom

      Thank you, Tom

My point is, first of all I am talking about proper website, let me take for example london fastfood.co.uk
we cannot optimize the home page more than 3-4 keywords, but we remember that keywords in url, content and metatag play significatnt role
So, we have another keyword for ex. pizza
we write a new article on our website where Piza is in title, content and metatag, Google likes such page and bring your up much quicker than homepage of our website
      Am I correct?

In theory you are correct, as long as you realize that it's not anywhere near as significant of a role as providing awesome content and having visitors remaining on the page. It is all about the actual user experience that determines your rank in Google, not filling out meta tags or stuff like that. So keep doing what you're doing....but focus on the actual quality of the information you're sharing.

And to clarify Tom's point....he is talking about ranking for major keywords and phrases globally. For example, if you want to rank on the first page of Google for "Internet Marketing", then it's going to take thousands and thousands of pages that are written almost perfectly. Hubspot was able to do that about six years back BUT they also spent millions on their content...so that's not something worth pursuing.

On the other hand, if you want to try to rank for "Internet Marketing New York", then that's entirely possible to do with a small amount of great content. It's still going to require a good 20-30 pages in most major cities, however, and in some areas it may take more than that....only research can tell you for sure.

So for your specific situation (ranking for a local restaurant) keep doing what you're doing and you should see positive results if the content is great. That means posting lots of custom images that are properly labeled, tying in short videos and writing fun content that your customers would want to take the time to read. Like Tom said, social media is crucial as well.....but make sure the content is social by nature.

For example, nobody will bother reading an article titled "Pizza Hut in Sacramento, CA has the Best Pizza Around!" That's an ad and not social at all. So you have to get creative and make it interesting enough that people will read and share it.

    Hi EU2015,

    Listen to Tom Addams.

    Read that post again.

Ranking in Googole is getting extremely difficult,
and they are doing their absolute best to make it harder for you.

Don't go down that path to start.

    cheers, Mal.

You're working too hard for sales that will probably never come in. I'd personally throw money at it in the form of ads and etc - but i dont do too much free marketing online.

The idea sounds like you're trying to "cheat" or "scam" the system. Not gonna happen. Unless your name is Randall Magwood. And even He wouldn't take this kind of approach. Time to go back to the drawing board and create a more compelling marketing strategy.

As far as writing articles and making money from them, you'd probably do better posting your articles to HubPages, InfoBarrel, and other similar sites. There are people that make a pretty decent living ($50,000+ per year) just posting good content to those sites. The risk is that your wonderful content isn't really yours any more and the website (remember Squidoo? - Ughhh! ) could sell out or go out of business. There goes all your work. Lesson there is to diversify. You could still post to your blog, since there is content that may not fit or be accepted on those sites.

The reason I mention them is that they are doing well SEO-wise and they have the power of hundreds of thousands of articles, which you yourself could never match.

Could you give me other valuable websites to send my article there such as Hubpage, InfoBarrell and so on
Can I submit articles myself or I need to employ somebody?

Maybe I was wrong but I gave up on "natural" ranking when I Googled my keyword for the site I was launching and it returned 600 MILLION results. It hit me like a ton of bricks that I was about to play "King Of The Hill" with 600 million other dudes for the top 3 spots on the first SERPS. Not much chance of success IMHO

    YES IT WORKS

But... You have to make sure of the following

    1) Are the titles of the articles readable by humans?

    2) Are the titles engaging enough to get clicks?

    3) Are you writing on a topic that has PROVEN ENGAGEMENT in your niche?

    4) Are other niche blogs linking to your articles?

    5) Are social media influence leaders sharing your content on social media?
