You might want to actively push your viewers to use your RSS feed.

Simple feedburner buttons should be enough.

Haven't used them for a while and might not be that useful compared to the volume of traffic that I'm getting from social media platforms and email list.

You might try pushing your viewers to optin to your email list or like , follow you on social media instead.

RSS has kinda gone out of style, lol. Lots of people don't use RSS readers anymore unless they have it setup in Outlook, ThunderBird or similar. It's still worth having a link to your RSS and Google still loves RSS/XML style sitemaps. As someone else mentioned, a FeedBurner subscription box is all you really need, but it's not something I would spend lots of time worrying about. Honestly, you'd probably get more action having a "Follow Me" or "Like" button posted for social media instead.

RSS was great for a long time, but it fell off faster than 50 Cent after "In Da Club." A big blow was the demise of Google Reader. The weird thing is RSS is great for mobile because you can easily aggregate many sources in one place, and mobile is growing like a weed.

Marketing is not a battle of products. It is a battle of perceptions.

Like some others have mentioned, I don't think people use those anymore. I'd recommend that you make use of social media instead. Find out which platform the people in your niche prefer and go with that.
