How to create a converting pitch page for affiliates....

Hello;

As a vendor I have a question.

I have been working in the funnel for this product, slowly slowly things are working. More opt ins, more sales via follow up emails....

Someone told me about jvzoo recently and how I should take advantage of it.

It sounds like a great idea but realistically it doesn't seem to be possible to "test" a page for affiliates. Let me explain please:

Serious affiliates prefer pitch page and not opt ins.

I don't really know what type of traffic affiliates send! So how can I test it? My current system is easy to test because it's bing ppc and I can expect same type of traffic. Cold traffic that works best to go through a funnel rather than a straight pitch page. I keep sending traffic at each step of funnel and fix the flaws. But I can't expect affiliates to test my pitch page.

How can I test a pitch page and maximise the conversions for "affiliates" traffic?

I hope this is clear.

Cheers fellows.

    Have you considered social proof?

If you are completely untested and unknown, you can also highlight the process the can increase your product's conversion rate.

You need to meet affiliates where they are. They are asking WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU INSTEAD OF SOMEONE ELSE.

Social proof is a good start.

Wow I didn't understand any of that!

What do you mean social proof? I know what it means but not in this context.

Also what do you mean by highlight the process ?

      Thanks friend

you are selling via follow up emails. but, the purchase is made at the sales page. That is the page that you provide the affiliates. Affiliates, if they think your product is a good match for their list, will do the same thing. They will send a series of emails to their list promoting/pre-selling your product. What you need to do is test and fine tune the sales page so it converts.

And, do not have a sign up form on the sales page for affiliates or you will not attract the good ones

A bar of iron cost $5. Made into horseshoes, it's worth $12. Made into needles, it's worth $3500. Made into balance springs for watches, it's worth $300,000. Your value is determined by what you are able to make of yourself

It really doesn't matter about the pitch page when it comes to attracting affiliates !

It's all about 100% commission and your conversion rate on the front end product ...!

That is how I choose what products I am going to promote....

Pay no attention to this. This is not the way serious affiliates think.

I suggest you put your product on JVZoo and drive your traffic there. If the product converts and produces a decent EPC, potential affiliates will be able to see that. After you have tested enough to produce consistent results, launch the product in the marketplace.

I look at EPC, conversion percentage through the entire funnel and refund rate.
