I have over 10 webs on the same host. Can I put link from old one to new one
Is any benefit of it?

    No, google can identify the IP and they can easily tell that the owner of the website is the same.

    Moreover number of links is does not really matter that much. Quality is much important today, try to get links from High PR website instead. 1 link from high PR site is better than 10 links from low PR site.

    No again, this is a blackhat method and google doesn't' want that.

    Blackhat methods may work and I know a lot of people can show you results by using that method howver if you want to be on top of google in the long run it is best to stay away from blackhat methods.

    If you have different C-class subnets for the different website you can always build links for your websites. Google would count them as individual links built.

    Link exchange is used to share traffic over the internet. You can get more benefits by following 1-way link building from high authority websites.
