    It's not simply whats the best option... there are many types of videos that you can publish on youtube and it depends on what you wish to achieve.

    You can...

    Record yourself talking into a camera, webcam or smartphone and upload to youtube.

    Use power point to create a text presentation, hit the record button and skip through each slide while talking over the presentation then upload to youtube.

    Use a web based service like animoto to develop your video then upload to youtube

    Create a whiteboard video using a program like videoscribe or outsource the white board video creation on fiverr and upload to youtube.

    It would really be up to you to decide which option is best suitable for your needs

          Your phone in your pocket... Just turn it sideways and hit face cam and hit record and record...

          If you have a smart phone you can go to your app store and download i-movie if you have Apple if Android you can download WeMovie

          I don't know about we movie but I use iMovie and can do some good edits and all of majority of my videos are edited in iMovie.

          If you don't have a smartphone but have a camera then have someone record you and you then upload to YouTube then edit from youtube...

          YouTube has their own editing software similar to Camtasia

    There are many video creations apps available. You can use any of them. Such as Movie maker, Camtasia, camstudio, Ulead video studio & so on. Some apps, will record your desktop & make as video as output. On the other hand some apps will be able to make edit & adjust video clips. You can use as you need. Thanks
