Write it down and let it go!

Alright, so some of you may have read my last post yesterday where I spoke about letting go and taking actions relevant to your goals by pushing your limits.

Today I wanted to work on my long term goals and plans, and I realized I didn't have any mind mapping software installed on my computer - so I went online and grabbed a copy of this extremely well designed tool that I had been introduced to in my past life as a student.

So I thought I'd share the link here, knowing that a lot of people will find this tool useful and that similar softwares can sometimes sell for hundreds of dollars.

You can grab it at: CmapTools - Home Page Cmap.html (no affiliate, no nothing - just a kool edu software)

For those who are not familiar with mindmapping softwares, they're just great to design mind maps, illustrate concepts, flowcharts, support your business system with visuals, etc.

Anyway, I'm back to work.
Enjoy!

Alex.

A pleasure, hope it will help a few people declutter their mind.

I know I always sleep a lot better when I get everything down on paper and know I can pick it up whenever I feel ready, rather than try to sort everything out in my head and fearing that I may forget something.

            Hi,

I've been using freemind for a few years now.

I like the look of cmap on the page you linked to. I'm sure going to get that. Thanks!

What is amazing is that the mindmap you sent us to has a page rank of 7 and there is not much content on that page at all.

One more edit. I say above "not much content." In fact there is no content. That is just one big graphic. Hmmmm? No text for google to see at all and yet page rank 7.

I check it at wholinkstome.com and it says pr 0 ???

Sorry I don't mean to get off topic here so back to the point, that is a very good looking MindMap.

I've never thought of publishing a mind map as a webpage but now I have something else to mess around with.

            Thanks again,
            George Wright

              George,

I always found freemind to be a little bit shakey and too restrictive in it's use.

CMap is the perfect solution, at least from my findings.

One of it's feature, which I have not yet had the time to play around with, is Concept Map sharing between a group or network or individuals.

Sounds like a wonderful addition to any group or joint venture project, or to effectively remotely manage virtual assistant's tasks.

              Alex.
