affiliate, logistics or sales tracking software?

I am new to this forum. I am not really sure what i am looking for but i have a general idea and looking for any guidance you all may have. This is what i am trying to do. I am starting a website with shopping cart, where i am selling 1 main product. This is my OWN product, imported. I am interested in setting up affiliate/distributor websites where my product can be sold on their websites as well as my own. I would be purchasing the product for say 1 dollar, Selling to my affiliate for 2 dollars, and we both sell it on our individual websites for 3 dollars.
What i am trying to accomplish is a system where, when a purchase occurs on an affiliate/distributor site, a simultaneous auto purchase happens on my shopping cart and my product is shipped from my warehouse to the my affiliates/distributor website customer. The affiliate keeps 1 dollar and I keep 1 dollar and 1 dollar goes to pay for the next product purchase. This also keeps the affiliate from having to buy their own inventory and storing in a warehouse, they can piggyback off my inventory.
Please let me know if you guys have any ideas.
