Need help in monetizing my traffic

Hey guys. A few days ago I posted a thread regarding a blogş Thanks a lot again guys for your help. So right now when the blog is ready I am thinking how to monetize it.
I was thinking of monetizing only with adsense and clickbank. I can monetize it with CJ, Markethealth and Amazon Store. But I think all this will only make site corrupt.

Regarding the traffic. I ordered 15 unique articles. Also order an ariticle submission to get a little bit of traffic. I also want to post my articles on Google News, Bing and others. What do you think. Any other ways to make traffic?

Thanks.

Google can be finicky about it's TOS. If you use AdSense on your blog I wouldn't monetize it with anything else. Maybe create one blog for AdSense and a second blog for other types of monetization.

Seems to me like you’ve already got this handled. But if you still need to get more traffic and willing to spend for it, webtrafficgeeks.org and traffmagic.com worked for me before.

What kind of results did you get? Because i have checked that site and they offer 10.000 visits for 70$ which is equal to 0.007 per visitor

I agree with others in that you should concentrate on building traffic first until it gets to a respectable level, then monetise. If you use Adsense use that only....

I don't know about Adsence and Google TOS but if you want to put clickbank offers on your blog maybe it's a good idea to find niche related clickbank offers and write a review post about them and promote them this way. I think there will not any problem with Adsence TOS this way!

If you also looking for other traffic sources then is a good idea to create social media profiles (niche related) for your blog (Facebook Fan Page, Twitter etc...)

Build Fan page, boost your posts with fb ads in order to get some followers/fans and then if you upload quality and good content around your niche then fan page will grow organically and your blog traffic too

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers

I just want to point out that there is a huge disparity between organic traffic vs paid traffic. Once you build organic traffic it's there forever long as you keep providing quality content. One the other hand, once you stop paying for traffic... the traffic stops!!

I agree with investing more in organic traffic and quality content to drive traffic to the site. It's researching keywords, related concepts and phrases, and most asked questions about your niche.

Choose low-competition but higher volume keyword phrases so it won't take much time and content to rank high in search results for those words.

Remember to revisit some of your old content to update it or make it better. You can add new images or video to enhance the content, or additional info to make the post more helpful.

It's always a good idea to first build up some credibility before monetizing your blog. You want people to seek you as the go to guy for info and your blog being the hub of that source.

Monetizing with Adsense is a good idea. However, before you paste your Adsense code on your site, it is advisable to wait a while until your site is "ready". Make sure your site has been indexed by Google (type site:yoursite.com to check), You have good quality contents (not spun articles), you have the Privacy Policy, Terms, and other key links at the footer. The credibility that you build go a long way to enhance user experience and it will indirectly shows Google (and other affiliate network) that you site are legitimate and not just any Made For Adsense type of junk sites.

Another thing is you may want to schedule your post and post it every other day or 1-2 times a week. Don't post all article at one go. Good rules of thumb is to make sure the initial number of article at your site is sufficient (at least 5-6 pieces when the site launch to feed the Googlebot). Then, grow it every other day or 1-2 /week. Here is what I did for my niche sites:

    - Post 10 articles when the site goes live. At this stage I will ensure that my site has been indexed by Google before posting new article to the site. One way to get fast indexed is to submit your article to Article directories.
    - Next, add a new article everyday for 1 month.
    - Subsequently, I posted new article every 2 days for a month.
    - Next, I posted a new article once or twice a week and continue to do that.

What Google sees is the site was consistently updated with new content and good thing is the content is high quality and it gets shared via FB that adds its credibility and that may get additional SEO juices from Google.

If you want to rank the high competitive keywords, the chance to get to the top is very small. In case you can beat them, it must take long time. So better to rank a lot of long tail keywords.

For the traffic, if you want to optimize with adsense, the most recommended traffic is from organic traffic, because google is so sensitive, if you get traffic from other sources and there is something wrong with your site, your adsense account will be banned.

Whenever I see people asking about how to monetize a site after the fact, it makes me wonder why they didn't have a monetization strategy as part of an overall plan that began with researching their marketplace to see what the prospects in the niche wanted to buy.

How you monetize, IMO, depends upon what the niche audience is asking for. They will be coming to your site asking "what is here for me?" And if you're smart, you'll have whatever they're seeking front and center so they can make a purchase with you.

So in answer to your question about how to monetize your traffic . . . I would ask you . . . what are your prospects in the niche ready to spend money on? If you don't know or haven't done your research, chances are pretty high that the prospects will leave your site without buying a thing.

Its first understanding who your traffic is. What are the demographics and why are they visiting your site. Once you know and understand that you can make a educated choice on how to help them.
