How to fix this annoying facebook ads issue?

I have a painful question to ask regarding FACEBOOK ads / ad accounts.
Heres a small background info: Ive been doing internet marketing trough facebook for many years now. The basic way how i do it was like this:
facebook post that -> leads to blogspot blog -> that leads to my sales page
Ive been doing this for a long time and everything went well.
(i was making good enough money, i got direct sells + leads) However, during this time, i have had about 7 ad accounts blocked, with no particular reason - they just hate the diet industry. Im not selling a Clickbank product, it is our own product,and it is not just an ebook, but real deal.
I could also live with the account blockage with no real reason ( i got 1 account blocked about once per 4-6 months) i just create a new account and live one (the struggle is worth it)
however now things have changed. I made another new account, got my ads accepted, but now something strange is happening: My ads are showing as active, accepted and green, but they get 0 endgadements and they just stand there like this for days, then suddenly, in the last day that my ad suposed to run, they get some clicks, and budget runs out quickly and that makes about 1 usd per engadement, that is not cool at all... sometimes nothing happens for days and all the ads just stand there semi-inactive.
What can i do to fix this?
I have already done the following:
Made a new ad account, made new fb account, new fb page as a lauching platform for my post ads - the issue still remains. They have blocked my ip or something? I have also done this from 3 different IPs...
The ads them selves are not to blame - they are very clickable, yet legit, they dont contain the words 'diet' or something like that. And even if something like that would disturb facebook, they would disaprove the boost and state the reason. But that does not happen - they approve the post, but it gets stuckt with 0 engadement. So please, facebook experts, friends and friends of friends of facebook experts - do you have any idea what to do with this?
It is worthless to contact support - they just send some automatic messages back that doesn't help.
