    Stay away from MLMs.

    Seriously.

You only have yourself to blame if you fall for MLM-structured programs.

Sadly, many people need to first get burned (or find out the bag is empty) before they get it...

I used to think the same thing when another, similar system was released.

There's always going to be another system that promotes "done-for-you" everything, refer your team and make more residuals, etc.

But Aweber, Hostgator, Godaddy, those are tried and tested services that have been around and they all have good affiliate programs themselves (plus you can share your aweber campaign with your team).

I tried PLS and it was crap, very old outdated system that someone seemed to have bought and did some great marketing to sell it to make it seem like new system... It felt outdated to me and confusing.

Building a funnel is not hard, it's actually simple.

Squeeze page - Offering something of value to people in exchange for information such as email...

        A Thank You Page
Telling them to check their email and check out this offer while you wait.

        An Autoresponder to follow up

Advertise your funnel to start building your list and then send your list to a BLOG...

To keep them engaged and provide value and solve their problems.

Place banners on your blog promoting stuff that will help your audience.

If I may ask you this. How much did you paid for all that vs if you were to join a system like PLS, considering the fact that all the email compaign and squeeze page are provided. You also can share codes everything your sponsor has for you. If I go my own route Aweber is already $19 per month. What difference would it make if I were to do everything for myself vs joining PLS? I think after examining closely PLS may have the edge. But I could be wrong and that's why I was a little confused.

This is true. But unfortunately, I don't write email compaign. If I join PLS I will get the emails compaisgn for free from my sponsor and use his codes. So everything he use, I will have it! This is the reason I started this thread to get some honest opinion which way I should go. If I go my own way I won't get any of that. I bought a domain from Godaddy and I can transfer it to PLS as well.. which is kind of neat.

You can build sales funnels, and share campaigns with your team through just basic coding of s1 variables that are interchangeable between team members.

a programmer can do it for pennies

I would stick to the safe option of using Aweber....and get everything set up on my own. Aweber, Godaddy has been around long enough for me to feel secure. The PLS system is there any assurance they will still be there long enough?

          Ding ding ding.

So it sounds like at the end of the day, you want to make money, but you aren't really willing to invest in yourself to learn any skills to do so. You want everything done for you, and a simple copy-paste solution to success.

          Is that a fair assessment?

Sorry for asking, this might sound like a noob question but is it possible to just create a capture page and direct that to the sales letter page, which will also have a 'get started' button that direct the visitor to the affiliate link?

Example: Capture page (Opt-in) --> Sales Letter--> Affiliate

Forget all the navigation tabs it's just a waste of time writing it ( i.e, home, about me, contact etc). All this information will be in the Sales Letter and follow up with emails.

Is this possible? I'm using Word Press. Basically I want the 'home page' to be the capture page (See example above).

    Thanks for answering.

It's really easy to do. I'm assuming the Sales Letter you mention, is your Pre-Sales Letter before you redirect your traffic to the Affiliate Sales Page.

Once you've made your own long sales page (home page) telling about the product/service you're marketing with the reason (free offer) why they should buy from you specifically, place an action button (order button) on the page that sends the lead to the affiliate sales page.

Make sure to have instructions for the lead to give you some validation that they bought the course for you to verify, so that they can come back and get your free offer.

      What do you guys think?
How many times are you going to ask the same question? You asked for opinions and you got them. Almost all said "don't do it" - but the truth is your decision was made before you started the thread.

It doesn't matter what others think - it's your time and money. Do it and draw your own conclusions through your personal experience.

Masterkey2Riches, something else to think about is how comfortable are you not owning the assets in your business?

If you sign up to PLS (or anything similar, really) THEY are in charge and have complete control over your business. If they go belly-up or just plum change something that you don't like, you're hooped.

You are repeating yourself. I don't know why you are trying to convince people here that PLS is "the thing". This thread is beginning to sound promotional and that's not good.

You are arguing a 'system' that was advertised in classified ads here in 2013. Plenty of time to be tested and proven and be a widely discussed success here. Draw your own conclusions.

saying that they are in control is pretty much like saying
Posting that argument is sort of like saying "I don't have a clue". Some people learn best by experience and maybe that's what you need. It's not a life changing decision - you join or you don't - you stay in it or you don't.

Asking for advice and then arguing with the answers is a waste of everyone's time. I'm out of here.
Good luck to you whatever you decide to do.

He has emails compaign that is ready to be shared. I can just use it from him and help team building. I don't care about their squeeze page because i can create that myself. Now, if I don't join PLS, then I dont get those share codes. I would have to literally spend my own money and time hire someone to write me emails. I cannot afford this. And if you think about the price difference between PLS it's around $30-$50 and you get all that in one platform. If you go your own route how much do you think it will cost you?

And this is beside the earning potential I also get when invite someone to PLS. PLS is great for team building and duplication and runs on autopilot. Let's suppose I don't join PLS. I will have to go my own route. So let's say I sponsor someone and he go his own route and so on. Basically everybody go their own route. That's too much work brother. Why cant they just all join PLS so we can all just share the same codes? And think about all that wasted time your team has to go through building their own website, buying Aweber and setting their own sales funnel and everything else.

Anyway, I might need a few more days to think about which way is best for me. I am undecided at the moment.

I guess each has it's own advantage and disadvantage. So what is the advatange of going your own route? Your still end up paying Aweber $19 per month and hosting and all other things you have in your sales funnel chain. So What's the difference between this and PLS?

BradGB, saying that they are in control is pretty much like saying you should start your own MLM and be the CEO and not a distributor.

Well, they are in control. It's their business, not yours.

If you're cool growing some else's business, cool. Just don't think of it as your own business. They own the assets: you're just renting them.

Buy into if you'd like. Let us know how well this complete 'DFY system' that runs on 'autopilot' works out for ya...

I suggest reading that link I posted several times. It addresses the flaws of your thinking.

The thing is, the people here who are telling you to run away DO understand the system and EXACTLY how they operate.

Surely, absolutely everyone under your sponsor is making easy autopilot income, right?

I don't think a lot of people understand this system yet.
There are classified ad threads on THIS forum for THIS particular "system" from 2013....you can find those threads using advanced search here.

You are not seeing "lack of understanding"....but "lack of interest". Doesn't matter - it's your decision and affects no one else. Do it - don't do it - whatever.

Dude, just sign up already. Lots of people have given you plenty of reasons to run, but at this point it just sounds like you want some validation of what you're already going to (probably) do anyways.

So just sign up, copy-paste your way to success. If it works out for ya, I'll eat crow and be the first person to sign up under ya and copy-paste my way to success too. But this is really getting silly at this point.

Leave ya with a final thought though... is everyone else under this guy who signed up (and will have access to the exact same things you will) also making 6 figures as well?
