Direct link to Clickbank

Please forgive the very simple question that's coming up. I've tried unsuccessfully to find the answer elsewhere.

Are we able to direct link to Clickbank products? So for example, am I able to get my Affiliate Link and create a couple of banners and PPC campaigns that lead directly to the offer page?

    I don't see why not. The PPC thingy may need some adjustments, but sure!

      Yes you can... The only problem is the Google policy that only allows one ad per domain to be displayed on adwords. This means that if someone else has a direct link using the same keywords, only one of your ads will display at a time. This puts you in a direct bidding war with your competition, raising your adversising costs. It saves you money in the long run if you get a cheap domain and redirect to the clickbank page from there.

    Do you do a 301 redirect or frame cloaking? For 301, you still need to put the final destination URL. If you do frame cloaking, your quality score may drop drastically after a few weeks.

      Thanks all for answering that. Overnight I also received the answer straight from the horses mouth.

      You may link to the pitch page the vendor has created to sell their product from any kind of ad you choose (as long as it is within the limits discussed in the client contract). However, you may not bypass the vendor's pitch page and link directly to the ClickBank order form for the product from your ad. Doing so will result in the possible termination of your affiliate account and withholding of any funds earned.
      I also asked if we're able to cloak the affiliate link, namely using tracking202. and the response being:

      In order to be able to guarantee your commissions, ClickBank does not recommend using third-party "cloaking" services such as "tracking202" or other similar services.
      Danmart: Good point. The idea I had was to test the offer by direct link, and depending on the results, I'd decide if it's worthwhile investing time/money.

      onera: Is "frame cloaking" the same thing as iframe? If so, wouldn't your landing page part of the quality score be the same as the framed page? i.e. the onpage factors are the same. of course the age of the domain, backlinks, etc are not the same though. I don't see this making a huge difference in the QS?

      I don't believe google allows domain redirects anymore....I remember when I did that one time and they slapped me silly.
