how quick can i become millionaire on the internet starting from scratch? i have ben doing internet marketing for about 3 weeks now

  I think that you'll discover that people that leave infractions are the lowest form of life that slithers across any forum. I am always flattered whenever anyone has a man-crush on me, but it is kind of creepy.

  Oh yeah - report that person to the mods....then maybe the mods will take a close look at them - and at you and the screenshots and other things going on here.
  
  Maybe they will ask you how you are in IM "3 weeks" and posting on a 4 yr old acct that has been dormant. Or how your grasp of the language changed so drastically from thread to thread.
  
  The infraction system is useless here - but I can see why someone would question this OP very closely.

If you are working in this field for last 3 weeks only, You have to carry on. It is not easy to earn as you mentioned amount. You have to go so far. best of luck.
