High PR page that allows you to change header info?

Hey Guys,

Has anyone seen a site like squidoo that gives you a page on their site that lets you change the header info? I want to see if I can set the geographic location in webmaster tools on a site that links from a high PR domain.

Thanks

Yeah, I have found a few blogs that allow you to modify the html template but they all give you a subdomain. Ideally I need something like:

    www.highprdomain.com/users/mysite

Sub domains of high pr domains are nice but no way near the super charged rocket fuel that sub folders are.

With sub folder sites I can rank within 24hours on given keywords. Problem being they are only really good for american searches. If I can get a site that allows me to verify ownership with google webaster tools I can do some fun experiements

article directories, hub pages, squidoo etc... Hijacking profile pages on certain sites also works but its black hat and only has a limted shelf life.

I have had ezine articles show up in searches 3 hours after going live. There are a few ways to help this along which i'm sure will become less effective as more people find out about them.
