Where to Find Writers to Work on Profit Sharing/Partnership Basis?

As title says I am wondering where can I find writers to work on Profit sharing/partnership basis. I've a website about health and fitness that I am regularly updating from last 2-3 months. My organic traffic is increasing steadily as I am targeting low competition keywords.

Now what I want is to add several writers with me because I really want to turn this into an authority site, but don't have any budget to hire writers right now. Wondering where can I find writers to partner with? What sort of compensation/sharing is feasible in such a case?

I am going to monetize the website for Clickbank products. As I've several categories on my website and going to add more and more in future so I am thinking of assigning specific categories to writers where they provide content and we promote relevant products from Clickbank. And set up Clickbank built-in JV contract for a specific duration for a fixed number of articles. Like if someone provide 10-20 articles, then we set up contract for next 3-6 months so they get their share for that period. And if someone willing to provide more content and I extend the contract. Does it sound feasible?

Why would anyone join? I think people who can only write and don't have any other skills/experience like Keyword Research, SEO, Affiliate marketing can get a chance to not only learn these things but also make money from an already established site.

Have anyone tried anything similar? Or what other compensations I can offer writers instead of fixed instant pay? I've heard of Adsense revenue sharing but I'm not sure if it's safe and allowed by Google? Any other ideas...

And besides profit sharing ideas, how can I find writers who will be willing to work on profit sharing basis?

    Believe it or not, writers get these kinds of offers almost every day of the week. Here's the big problem though-

    You mentioned that you've done some keyword research, on-page SEO and lined yourself up with affiliates....yet you're not making enough money to pay anyone. Well, let me tell you why- 80% of today's SEO is writing great content. That's it. And if you're talking about particular products and marketing methods, then those are the keywords the content has to target....so there's no "keyword research" needed. That leaves your contribution as finding affiliates, while the writer does all the daily work for only a portion of the profits. Do you see the problem here?

    So here's what you get with those types of "offers"-

    1) Inexperienced writers that don't know any better and likely won't help you much anyway
    2) Experienced writers will just clone the site if it's good idea...because they don't need you.

    Either way, these types of agreements never work out. So either pay a fair wage or figure out some type of barter to compensate the writer without a promise of possible commission somewhere down the road.

      - I can't see where I said I've lined myself up with affiliates.

      - There is much more than just writing. Great content do helps but putting great content and then just leaving it will not bring any results. If it only takes writing then no one should be providing writing service instead they should build their own business. Shouldn't they?

      - I can't think of a site talking about just products, unless they are physical products. For Clickbank products, if a site is only publishing reviews I believe everyone can easily see they are only trying to sell.

      Getting back to the topic, I can see people writing for Hubpages and other similar sites for a revenue share. Or what are some of the other benefits?

      And you said figure out some type of barter to compensate the writer - this is actually the purpose of posting this thread. What it could be?

        There's about 2 million targeted monthly readers at HubSpot that are looking for web help/services and it's a great platform for exposure....that's why writers contribute there. It has nothing to do with ad-share or profiting off of HubSpot.

    Why wouldn't the writer / writers simply create their own websites with their own content and affiliate links? What exactly is your contribution to this deal?
