Help desk solutions - your thoughts?

Hi folks,

What are your thoughts on the best solutions for Help Desk provision in my IM business?

I'm likely to go for a free / open-source solution initially. However, you may have thoughts on whether there are issues in changing from one helpdesk solution to another - ie. when I upgrade to a paid solution?

So...

Any thoughts?

Out of all I have used and tried over the years I have come to feel that Kayako is the best.

OSTicket is a good OS option but Kayako is better.

Most of the time for simply and fast Support desk i use and recommend..
HESK Desk Support...yeah it is free.

There is also the Three Pillars system by Willie Crawford, if he's still selling it.
