How would you describe your transactions?
There are all kinds of things you do to lead up to the transaction, to be sure. But, any/all of that must eventually lead up to someone typing in their credit card # -- at some point -- yes?
Are they generally people who buy things online often? -- not often? -- rarely? -- never before?
There's many many threads about leading the horse to water -- what I want to know is, how would you describe the people who ACTUALLY "DRINK" (type in their credit card #).
It would seem that "making them drink" part is the most difficult of all -- most difficult hurdle to jump.
Also, I know it'd be different for different niches -- but what % of your potential customers will NEVER "drink" -- will NEVER type in their credit card #?
One can dance around all one wants -- in the final analysis it comes down to 'making the horse drink' or there's really no point, yes?
