How does everyone manage their complicated content?

I've got over 100 passwords/logins and Misc files scattered all over the place. Hard drives, docs, etc. How do you guys manage all of this to run a business smoothly?

How do you neatly manage all of your marketing campaigns? I find one of the biggest problems is organizing the various accounts. It's so time consuming.

Logging into Fiverr responding to messages, e-mail management/deleting crap, I manage multiple client websites for social media marketing UGH, I make money but would love to lose weight with this cluttered system.

Maybe someone will invent an APP and solve this headache.

    As for passwords I use Dashlane, but there are many good managers out there.

    As for everything else if you are spread among several different methods where you need to manually respond and manage everything the easiest answer is to invest in a good personal assistant to take over the time consuming maintenance task so you can focus on the task that produce income.

    Other than this, I am afraid that you will need to continue to be pulled in every direction. If you continue to manage everything yourself you can at least consolidate with helpdesk, etc. software for your own sites so that you can manage it all in one place.

    Dashlane looks pretty good. I'm surprised I've never heard of it. I know other small businesses that go through the same thing, information overload, printer is low on ink, need to go to cartridge world, login, re-order, process the credit cards, print receipts, it's a factory.

    I think everyone here is aiming for "Passive/Residual" incomes, but you need to build that automated factory first which can take years to figure out how to do. Unless it's some mind blowing life changing APP that is useful to humanity. Seems like that's the best bet for the next few years.

    Google Chrome seems to manage all this across multiple devices for me. If needed I can get a password reset, but that is rare.
