Once you know what works and what doesn't, then you can set it and forget it. Pay per click is a good way to get started and once you know you are getting good traffic and and are making sales, you only need to make sure that your account has funds in it and that's it. You can spend 30 minutes online per day and still get leads>sales.

I can see you want to save time, but what is it that you are currently doing and are so busy that you don't want to do these things yourself? Outsourcing is one of the last things you do in your business to automate things, but when you've got nothing working, then what is there to outsource?
