I have a tech blog wmtechie.com the blog is only 2 months old and currently have more than 1000+ Unique visitors per month. I currently monetize my blog with adsense and viglink. However I am looking for other possibility of monetization for my tech blog. any ideas will be highly welcome.

    Hi vishwa,

    Congratulations on your success!

One question, is this local traffic or international traffic?

    Try using targeted advertising.

Affiliate products, but not just any affiliate products - figure out what affiliate products would represent an extension of what your customers are already on your page for.

For example, if your customers are interested in finding the best operating system, offer affiliate programs offering operating systems.

It's not just visitors + advertising = profit.

When you FOCUS the relevance on your readers, this is where the magic happens.

    What Chris said . . .

Teach people how to do do something, then
recommend the tech to do it.

    • Become an affiliate for your preferred niche- when you showcase others products to your audience, once they buy the product you get paid.
    • You can sell your knowledge to your audience e.g. you create a comprehensive ebook targeted to a specific niche and sell it.
    • Review products and sites on your blog and get paid doing it - check this out: 26 Sites That Pay You To Blog

I'd focus on getting more traffic before going after more $$$.

You're off to a GREAT start, but adding too many ads in the beginning can be a major deal breaker.

If you were reaching 30K+ a month I would suggest some "premium posts" or "guides" and charging a small fee for them. But just as you're getting started keep over-delivering your content and keep building your readership.

Another good idea is to have a look at what the top tech blogs in your industry are doing and implement the same or similar tactics.

Maybe you should narrow down your niche a bit more. You talk about tablets and SEO and Windows 10, to name a few.

A few years ago I was heavily interested in Windows, but not tablets or SEO or WordPress. So if you were to build a list, can you imagine just how unstable it would be? Can you imagine those awful open and click rates?

If you were to focus on one thing, then you could build a loyal subscriber list and recommend the occasional (related) product here and there. In such case, you could see many more sales because most of these people are interested in the niche/product in question.
