How can I get the verified paypal account

Hey affiliater84

Correct me if I am wrong but I am pretty sure you can use Paypal anywhere in the world.

As I am not from Sri Lanka, I cannot relate to your situation so this is what I would do.

1. Give Paypal a call, and tell them exactly what you are telling us.

2. Once you have heard what they have to say, then follow through on that. If you can't use a Paypal account in Sri Lanka, then there are other methods of payment you can use on Ebay e.g direct Bank transfer etc...

So call both Paypal and Ebay and find out what your options are They will be able to point you in the right direction

Thanks for your reply, we cant receive money from paypal to srilankan banks. I need paypal for dropshipping business ( Buy in amazon and sell through ebay), do you have any idea about this?

You are wrong. Due to the Money Laundering Law & Various countries different law, the Paypal need to use different platform for different country user. So there are some country in the world where people can not use the paypal.

To verified your paypal account, you bassically need like $1 in you debit or credit card, then connect that credit card into your paypal account and paypal going to deduct that $1 and confirm that is your real card, this can take some days, when you receive a code that the bank give you, then you can put that code into your paypal account and you account can get verified.

  Like Mark suggested, your best bet is looking into other options. Not sure what "magic pill" you're hoping someone here has to offer (and if they do, I'd run fast and far from it).
  
  You need to think in terms of removing PayPal from the equation altogether. You might try Googling something like "PayPal alternatives for Sri Lanka" and see if that gives you any viable alternatives. But I'd be very wary of anyone who suggests somehow "getting around" the issue in a way that violates PayPal's TOS or your country's banking laws.

Maybe just try typing in Google... "Buy Paypal Account" you think that might bring up some results...

Actually, he appears to be correct.

PayPal's website states "Receiving payments is not allowed in Sri Lanka"

If that is accurate, then you may need to find a biz partner that is NOT in Sri Lanka.

The bottom line is you can't if it's disallowed through PayPal. Yes you can buy an account or use a fake address or VPN/proxy or whatever but they'll catch you at some point and lock your funds. Then what good will it do to have this account?

Even having a "partner" turns out bad for a lot of people. How can you trust your partner to not just take all your money? Who are you going to report the problem to - PayPal?

You may make better use of your time by trying to find out what other "legal" options are available. One option that seems to work for some (but not others) is to accept money through Payoneer.

  Wasn't thinking clearly when I answered about Payoneer. Since you can't receive money with PayPal, it probably won't work for you. Sorry for the confusion and false hope.

If PayPal doesn't support your country than simply don't play with it. Creating account using fake information lead to nothing for you. Better find alternatives.

You probably won't get funds from Ebay because your "partner" (http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...er-paypal.html) will likely steal them so don't worry about it.

I'd suggest finding a business you can legitimately do if its longevity is important to you.

One thing I'd like to mention is don't believe all the Paypal horror stories of "One and Done"-...having your Paypal account shut down and not being able to create another account (if you screwed up and broke TOS for any reason)

I know of three other people that have had their accounts restricted for different reasons, but were back up and running in no time with a different mailing address and banking information.

Actually the Platform of paypal differ from country to country. So if your country is not supported by the paypal, you should alternative service. Such as you can use the SKRILL or, PAYZA or, some other site like these. If you really need to use the Paypal, you can go to any other country for tourist purpose, then you can open a bank account there, then you can make verify that account. Or, even you can use the Account of your Friends or, relative, if available. But it is really risk to use other people account. Actually it is so sensitive as Bank account. If paypal authority found any misuse or, break their rules & regulations, your account may block & your balance may forfeiture. Thanks for understanding.

You have to open a bank account abroad and link your PayPal account to it. This is the only way you can have a PayPal account now.

There are certain countries where PayPal has certain restrictions. Since you might be in one of those, you would have to find a partner that can help you with that.

Do you have friends or family member abroad? You can take help from them. There is no option to verify your actual ID. The Paypal use different Platform for different country according the country local law. So I suggest you to do not use unverified account & do not put wrong information. If the unverified account banned by the authority of the Paypal the account Balance will forfeiture.

So Please take help from your friends & Family member who is in different country. he/ She will make & verify the Paypal account by his name & his Bank account in that country. Then he/ she will give you all information & logging details then you will be able to use this ID. Finally you will be able to Send & Receive money by this Paypal account. Thanks for your advance.

You can also buy a VBA and VCC to get the account verified if that is your only option. Payoneer would have been a solution, but sadly they are banned.

Not sure if Auction Essistance would be able to help you as they have been able to set up accounts for users abroad.

IF you are smart you will ignore the advice above. Paypal can and often does ask for verifying information about your physical location.

If you try to fake where you live or get around the rules that limit PP in your country...you could end working hard and getting nothing for it.

Forget paypal and find a solution that works where you live.
