Free marketing can work but there is no guarantee that it will for you.

If you want to get the ball rolling and fast, I would look into paid ads.

facebook ads is good if you dont know how to target your people dont use it unless u get someone else to do it for u

I don't have much experience with PPC, but as with any paid traffic method, you have to be prepared to lose money before you make it. If you are interested in PPC, do more research, there's tons of info on this forum I'm sure.

As for driving traffic from social media, how long have you tried? It can take a few weeks of solid and consistent work before you see any real results.

I would suggest building some sort of blog or review site, posting and reviewing forex information and products and share these on Facebook. Maybe join a few forex groups in Facebook, post regularly and notify people when you've made a new post or review on your site. Build a list with an optin page on your site and then keep sending them back to your website.

Also join forex forums that allow signatures, and get involved with conversations and you will also get people back to your site this way too.

Like Tyler I would suggest becoming an expert at Bing advertising. There are some great threads and helpful experienced people that post in the PPC sub-forum.

Free traffic requires time and very hard work
Paid traffic requires money, but is fast, scalable and most of the times consistent.

My question is: Do you have a Bing ads account?

(No): Make a bing ads account, add a payment method, Credit card is recommended. Then go to Fiverr and search for "Bing Coupon" . Buy a coupon from the gig with the best rating. Add the coupon code in your Bing ads account and wait till it's processed. You now have $100 to spend, and only spended $5
After you used this strategy, you also do the strategy below after you've spend all your coupon $$$

(Yes): Go to Fiverr, search for "Bing Coupon" , contact a couple of sellers, ask if they have Coupons for existing Bing Ads accounts. Buy if they have that for you. You ussually spend about $15 for a coupon for an older bing accounts. After you received you coupon, go to Bing Ads, add you coupon and wait till it's processed. You now have $100 spend on Bing ads

Facebook and Google plus both are the best ways to get quality traffic on your site.

If you are looking for free traffic source, PPC is not the way for you. However how you are getting the traffic is not the key really, the vital issue is whether the traffic you are getting is targeted or not.

As you mentioned, you experimented with twitter traffic and there was no positive results. That indicates the traffic you were getting from twitter was not targeted. For free and targeted traffic, my top suggestions would be - SEO, blog, forum, Question answers sites.

If you need to do to make payment in a campaign target ads on Fb (WELL DONE) is definitely better than Bing.

Just a word of caution. Bing is getting nasty nowadays. Buy coupon and use them at your own risk. You may wanna to check with their support if the coupon is usable before trying. So your loss will only be the $5. If not, Bing is actively banning accounts for all sort of reasons.

Nevertheless, back to your question. Forex is a competitive niche.. Maybe you want to try buying forex soloads instead but it will be expensive.

The way I see it is that there are two types of traffic

One is paid traffic. It returns faster but it is high risk. It is basically cold traffic. People have never heard of you, they don't know you. like you or trust you. A percentage will buy your front end offer, and see how it pans out. They will cancel if they don't like it.

Free traffic is the people you bother to talk to and invite back to your blog. You build a relationship with these people, and you NEVER sell to them. If they like you they will invest, and they will trust you and stay with you if you do the job.

In my opinion, it's best to run a mix of the two. I personally would prefer 5 warm, qualified leads any day to 1000 cold leads. If I sell 4 of those warm leads my back end sale I make $10,000. If I sell my 500 cold leads my front end offer of £19.95 I make $9975.

I have had to make 500 sales for less money than 4 back end sales!! It is far harder to make 500 front end sales than 4 back end sales - so there you have it.

When was the last time you checked the CPC on those keywords? You know they are like $5-10 each, right?

It's so annoying when people post retarded stuff like that, knowing it's just BS, but then it's even worse when others follow that advice and burn their money for nothing.

If you want free traffic, then YouTube is a good idea. What you need to do is produce some useful videos about forex, possibly share some tips/tricks and then post them on YouTube with links to your main landing page. If your video is good, then it will get views/shares, etc.

But I notice something though. It seems that when I write an extremely detailed post which usually resulted in 2000+ words, my traffic would grow significantly.
So you may try to publish a few detailed post to help you gain traffic

Start your PPC campaign with StumbleUpon. I think it is better place for you.

You're asking questions about three different traffic sources which has me believing you may be jumping around too much, thus spreading yourself thin.

Focus on one, and one only, until you're able to generate a decent amount of traffic. Which one you should pick is totally up to you, as you're the one who knows what interests you the most.

As for your social media question about driving traffic, you'd usually make an account /page to represent your website, follow people in your niche to get them to follow you back and post relevant content (memes, infographics, videos etc) mixed with links to your site in your feed.

for free high quality quality traffic I think affiliate and JV marketing is probably best way to go.

Facebook is best to get instant targeted traffic with affordable price.

Now a days Buying backlink is worthless, After Google panda update, Spammy backlinks penalized most popular sites.

It's recommended, start guest posting on high authority sites. It's white hat and works well.

If you want to get traffic with video marketing, you can't upload a video or two or even 10 videos and expect a lot of traffic to flow in. That is the wrong way to approach this!

It takes a lot of consistency. In other words, learn the right way to do video marketing, and upload videos until you start to see the traffic increase little by little. And no one can really tell you how many videos it will take - only you can find that out.

It might take 20 videos or 100 videos. That depends on you, your niche, and how you are doing video marketing.

With social media it is the same story. You have to learn how to build up a good and targeted following, and take massive consistent action with everything.

It will take a lot of time and consistent effort as well. Some people work their social networks for months and others for a year or two. Again, it will all depend on YOU, and how much massive consistent action you take.

Now, if you are still looking for fast results online, then this is not for you. That is just the real truth man.

You should go for Paid Traffic such as BING for forex keyword. In terms of social media, suggest you start joining groups that related to forex. Try to get their trust by engaging but not obvious promoting your product. And don't forget to put PIXEL for custom audience in your website for retargeting purpose. I would stay away first from FB ads and focus on engagement on fb group or forum. The key is not to spam but to build trust.

Once you have decent size of custom audience and then you start using fb ads to retarget to boost your traffic. FOCUS on leads rather on sale.. much better for long term for your blog.

YouTube is a good place to drive traffic but it takes some time. It usually works in volume. The more videos you have posted on your channel, the more traffic you will get. The right keywords come into play as well too. If you want it a little faster, just simply comment on other peoples videos. But if you want fast traffic then PPC is obviously your best choice. This will start brining traffic right away.

I suggest you to get targetted traffic from:

- PPC: Google AdWords
- Social Media: Facebook Ads

Focus on pay maximum 0,05$/click, if you can t buy a good guide.

If you don't have an advertising budget at all, then you can create a free niche blog with blogger.com relating to the offers/products you are promoting. Paste an article every three days relating to your niche from ezinearticles.com relating to your blogger.com site domain name.

Do some youtube video research about google wonder wheel method. It's an old method, but it's a very effective free method to rank your blogger.com site #1 on the first page of google.com for your desired keywords within a week or two if your use the top 'how to' articles in the ezinearticle.com search results.

The top articles should already be search engine optimized and by pasting the complete article on your free blog allows you to add your introduction to the article and you can add your own unique content at the end of each article/blog post linking to your offer/products/affiliate links etc.

I think that you just need to get focused. You have tried a lot of traffic strategies and none of them worked out is what you say but I can't help but think you haven't given anything a real chance.

If you haven't given each one of these traffic methods time then don't try to find anything else.

If you are doing paid traffic, you are going to have to tweak your ads so that your income is greater than your ad spend.

If you're doing free traffic, you have to put in work. Set a goal to create 50 to 100 pieces of content before you move on.

Whatever traffic source you choose, you will need to get at least 500 visitors before you can tell if it is working consistently or not.

Give yourself a realistic amount of time and effort to see results with your traffic. Either that or hire someone who knows what they are doing.

You need to do paid traffic work. Then you will get instant feedback.

I use this, but it is not really the best. Or I used it when I just started out with a $zero budget. Basically I post an advertisement on local classified ads for free.

Now most of them don't let you post an affiliate link, or sometimes even your website, but you post an ad in your niche and tell them to contact you for more information. When they do, you send them to your website.

Now this is not a high converting traffic method, but it is free and it does have some leads.

The only bad thing is that you have to answer an extremely high amount of emails. But this is a free way I used.

I was doing some digging apparently many strongly suggest AGAINST using bing coupons from anyone other than what bing will provide you. Most are saying that you will most certainly lose your account at some point.

Reddit offers really affordable advertising, and if you do a little research beforehand and pick a subreddit that is really relevant to your niche, you can get some great results without shelling out a fortune. Plus the process is really simple with them, easy peasy

Also if I was you I wouldn't purchase backlinks, I would focus on building them yourself. Either through a PBN or with software like GSA. Whatever suits your fancy.

If you want to implement some social media technique to drive traffic then you must use SMM & SMO for your website.

You can use free methods to get traffic. Social media sites for instance. Video sites like youtube etc... Forums like this one. Possibilities are endless!

Try free press releases and classified ads make money sections. Buy some PLR on Forex and offer free courses to get subscribers.

Definitely start with bing, it's smaller than other platform but that's actually a bliss for new-comers, they have amazing support and you can quickly replicate what works there to other traffic sources..
