What Software Was Used to Make This Video?

Hey guys,
Who can tell me what software was used to make this video?

I'm looking for an article to video software that gives a good text to speech output.
I know there are many programs that can do that but most of them give a very low quality monotonous output.
As you can see, the result in the video is very good as the flaw and sound of it is quite natural.

      It's always interesting to hear peoples personal opinions of what is "very good" and "quite natural". However it does explain why there are so many cheap looking and sounding promotional videos out there, and even worse,... crappy products made with these kinds of tools. All computer generated TTS videos sound awful, and the proper intonation is usually way off. Even the $499 and up programs that do this still suck. I'd rather pay a a few bucks per video to a real person. But to each his own.

    The argument here is not whether it sounds human or not, I know it's far from that, but as opposed to other crappy programs out there the output here is much better.

    No argument here. I Just think that unless someone intends to create hundreds of these cheap looking and sounding videos for the purpose of poluting YouTube with affiliate garbage, maybe its time for marketers to step up their game and look and sound a bit more pro than using plain text read by TTS videos. Paying for a voice over and better video to put your name on and represent your business with is never a bad idea. Using videos like the one posted, is.
