Flippa will be able to help you better but as far I know, YOu will have to pay these costs upfront like Listing Fees,Privacy fees,etc...

Unless you're banking $100k/month with your Google news site, why do you want to list it as private?

The private listing feature is normally used for sites with high incomes to avoid time-wasters, but if you're planning to sell your website for $500, then it's not worth.

How one can tell you when your site will be sold? there is no way to tell this prediction. Here I can say you if your site is enough good & the rate you ask is reasonable, your site may sell within a short time. On the flip side if your site has no good information or, your asked price is too high, you may not be able to sell your site. Thanks
