How Do I Paste Content Locking HTML script for a download file on my blogger page?

Hi Warriors, i want to try a different money making method using Content Locking. I need to know how to place the html script on my blogger page. They say something like,"place directly under <head> tag etc..i can't see them.

    Try editing your template files and it should have a section to embed code in the <head> </head> section of your code. For Blogger, it's important to note that all "&" symbols in your locker code must be converted into "&amp;" so that it will be friendly for Blogger's platform.
