Advice needed from successful authority site builders
Dear Warriors,
I am in the process of creating an authority site and would like your advice on how to take it forward.
I have started the site almost a year back and was focused mainly on creating content, creating a giveaway E-book and other freebies. I also have an FB page with 800+ targeted camping niche fans from around the world. (Built the fan following through FB page promotion ads ~20 bucks in over a week). I use this page to drive some traffic. Response is pretty bad though as of now. FB page link is available in my Warrior profile.
Search traffic is Zero currently but all my pages were opened to the search engines only last week once I had the site completed.
I am primarily thinking of monetizing with Amazon but till now clocked Zero sales in the past 2 weeks of the site's life. I would like to see some $$ trickling in to keep myself motivated.
(In the most legit way of course! I have an adsense account too but have not included ads in the site yet).
My articles are original (500+ words) and planning to stick that way in the future. Kindly share the ideal next steps to get more traffic.
