Need PLR articles FOR Realtors

Anyone have or know where I can get PLR books and articles made for Real Estate Agents? Not so much articles for clients of Realtors but articles helping Realtors be better and more effective Realtors.

While you might find some usable PLR specifically for helping Realtors improve their business, odds are you would still have to do some serious customizing to make them your own. If they are at all decent, you'll find plenty of people simply slapping their names on the content, so you would just be one of the crowd.

Since you'll have to customize the anyway, why not look for PLR on the components of this type of business, and customize them for Realtors? Things like lead generation, time management, copywriting, personnel management, advertising, etc. Find good generic PLR on this kind of topic, and make it fit Realtors.

It's like the people who post things like "what's the best [niche] theme" - any really good ones are likely to be very common in the niche, which the opposite of what you want. Better to find a good general theme and add the touches (color scheme, photos, etc.) which make it your own.

It's the difference between an artist and just another cover band.

If you're going to re-write them yourself, most PLR isn't that good. So you could always hire someone to do it for you. Then they would be unique and you would skip a step.

Guess some spammer dug this thread up before you notice this - FYI the OP has not been here since February, and the thread is 11 months old

You might as well hire a ghostwriter with some experience in real estate. The most common PLR material out there are geared towards the IM community.

Or just write it yourself since a lot of writers aren't exactly specialists on too many topics.

You would be better off hiring a writer and coordinating with that writer to produce the stuff you need.

Most PLR is garbage since they don't have the necessary expertise.

You can find affordable US-based writers on Upwork for affordable rates.
