Is there a (Non-flipping) Sites For Sale Board?

One thing the internet is seriously missing is a place where people can buy and sell "REAL" websites

Yes, I know there is the Warrior section, and Flippa and even DP(ugh)

However on these boards, it is %90-%95 site Flipping. Which is fine and all, however people that buy Flipped sites are a whole different market and demographic than people that buy real established sites.

Meaning that there is no place left on the internet where people can take their real website that they built for themselves to use and Sell it.

Flippa is the closest, but %90+ does not fit the bill.

My question is....

Is there a place on the net where we can buy and sell real sites without the noise... and if not, then why hasn't someone made it?

  • I don't think there is a way to keep the website flippers outside of it. If there was a website that actually sold real websites, it would only be temporary, since when it gets popular, and we hear about it, so will the site flippers

One thing is, when you look at the higher priced websites, the percentage goes down. You will find a lot more nonflipping sites (if thats what its called)....

BizBuySell - The Internet's Largest Business for Sale & Franchise for Sale Marketplace is a pretty good option for high value sites. Look under the Internet Businesses category.

Also, if your site is worth serious money (50K or more) you could consider using a broker to sell it for you.

I have a marketplace as well, in the signature, but I to have a high percentage of site flippers. However, there are a handful of sites that are a bit past the startup level and are receiving fairly decent traffic and the buy is low.

I have a list of site buyers that purchase high end websites valued usually in the $6,000+ range, they look for sites making in between $500-$1,000/M, if yours fits the bill (if your selling) PM me and we can discuss broker options.
