Pen name - Terms of Service & Privacy Policy?

Hi!

I was wondering, if I am using a pen name for business, can I use it as well for ToS & PP, or do I need to use my real name (as I'm just getting started, I'm a sole proprietor and not a LLC)? Or maybe write out my real name and mention that I am using a pen name?

Most of the TOS and PP papges that I've seen are related to the site, not to the person delivering the content. Your pen name doesn't really come into play. You can find more than a few TOS and PP generators online that will give you some generic TOS and PP copy quick. Do a Google search for "terms of service generators".

You do not really mention your real name anywhere in the TOS or privacy policy...

It's normally the website's address, like example.com, and you can refer to yourself as the "owner" or "proprietor".
