Having a video on fiverr gig results in inability to choose thumbnail
So I have recently started doing whiteboard videos on fiverr. Things started off great, got 2 orders basically instantly upon activating the gig. Now I have a gig video up as it seems only logical to have a video showcasing the service when the service itself is video based. Walk the walk etc
Well initially I had a gig image that I designed so that it would be eye catching as a thumbnail when it appears in the search. But not with the video on the gig, fiverr automatically chooses a frame from the video as the thumbnail; the one chosen is certainly not the most eyecatching. In fact it looks like every other whiteboard gig on fiverr.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you get around it?
Is it best for me to just leave it as is, or is there a better way to approach this?
