Is this affiliate set up compliant with Adsense?

I have some pages that contain Adsense Ads and Amazon affiliate text links. Also, when a user scrolls down the page, about 70% of the way, a popup appears with a link to an Affiliate offer from Clickbank.

However, the popup link doesn't go directly to Clickbank or to the affiliate site. Instead, it goes to a separate page on my own site that has more information about the affiliate product. THAT page contains the links that go to the affiliate offer.

Is this set up compliant with Adsense?

    When it comes to AdSense, I personally play it safe. On blogs/sites with AdSense, I don't use any other money making opportunities, links, or ads.

    In therory you wouldn t have any risk,
    however matbe is better if you change popup with a
    simple link placed in an appropriate article.
