what is the right amount of value for a niche website

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi, im going to do a website about geodesic domes to promote a clickbank product, but lets say if a put a blog on the page i cant give away all the value of the product in the blog, because my main purpose is to give value with the product but obviously if i just put 5 pages of content can it work?

maybe i will give more value with the page than with the product, but this happens almost on all clickbank products,m you can give a ton of value in the website, but hey maybe the product can offer some value not found in the page, any toughts?

Well, you can open the mind of the reader to the NEEDS involved

Lead them to sign up for an autoresponder

It will be your AR's job to convert them

People who know what they are doing, set up AR email sequences that walk prospects through the KNOW-LIKE-TRUST-BUY process.

Get on someone like Ben Settle's list and watch (or buy his product) how he builds anticipation and pre-sells his product without giving away the information he's actually selling.

There's a lot going on inside them, well worth checking out (... warning ... don't bother if you like a bright, shiny object).

Turning a blog into an ebook, and selling the ebook happens all the time. That's what Pat Flynn did with his Architecture ebook. Mark Cuban's book is just a collection of his blog posts.

So ... that's an acceptable route to go in.

Or, you can add a little more value ... make the "product" videos that go with the blog posts ... or something along those lines.

Instead of making a website based around a product, I recommend you make a website around an entire niche in which multiple CB products are available.

Advantages:

i.) You can sell multiple products, not just one.
ii.) In case a product disappears, you can continue to make money from other products.
iii.) You don't have to figure out how much content to give away from the product(s) you promote, because there is plenty of information to write about in any given niche.

Think about building a list - which could then allow you to promote any suitable produce within your niche.

If you are set on a blog, use it to raise the questions that are answered in the product that you're promoting.
