What are the best ways to find reviewers for your product?

Hey guys,

I'm launching a new product soon and since I'd like to get feedback on it before it launches,I'm looking for the best ways to find product reviewers.

Would you be so kind as to recommend some best ways/places to find product reviewers?

Cheers,

Dan.

EDIT *This is bad advice, do not buy reviews.*

Massive stab in the dark and saying you could maybe find some on fiver.

Place has pretty much everything these days.

Do a search on there and I'm sure you'll find what you need.

That is bad advice! If you are willing to pay someone to review your product you are cheating the buyers.

You can post an ad in the "help wanted" section here ($5 or so?) asking for volunteers to review your product. You can specify number of posts or length of time as a WF member to eliminate new people looking for freebies.

You can ask friends or family or marketers you know to review your product, etc. Paying for testimonials will come back to bite you in the end and can ruin your reputation online.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Thanks. Good advice for me to, was almost going to do it to get some business reviews on google but it seemed very unethical so decided against it.

Hopefully, you have identified a target market for this new product. Right?

So where do they hang out?

    Hi Dan,

I find my product reviewers in the sub-forum "Wanted - Members Looking To Hire You" when I launched my product last time. Got lots of help from there.

Wish you all the best on your product launch!

Hi, I think you need to try launching your product first. Get leads or customers and after that ask for their reviews or testimonials. Then you can used it to generate more traffic of your website. You can ask your customers to give reviews to your Facebook page, or website. That's it!

    Here's a few options

    1. Post a thread on the review section of warrior forum.

    2. Join a related Facebook group and offer to give XXX amount of review copy in exchange for an honest testimonial. Just make sure to ask a permission to the admins of the group first before doing this one.

    3. Find Related Blogs and contact the owner and give a review copy to them. This option will not give you a lot of testimonials since most of them are busy, however this is an excuse to let them know that you have a product that is going to be launched.

    4. Go to JV Calendars and contact the product owners and give them a review copy, same with number 3 so don't expect to get a lot of testimonials from them.

For number 3 and 4 make sure you sound professional and make your message straight to the point. Always think of "What is it for them" and put it on your initial message.

I've seen a lot of people going around like leaving hi, or how are you doing message. They are not your friend that's why that kind of message won't work ( not yet) so make sure that when you contact them for the first time you have something valuable to offer to get their attention.

I would think the easiest way would be to network with people in that niche and ask a few select to review your product

I agree with Jack. Who is your most valued customer? Where do they hang out? Go there and offer your product for review. I'm sure you'll have takers.

Seriously you get reviews from these channel ? I know these websites well but never used them for getting reviews .

The reason is clear if you are paying for getting review you are cheating your customers and yourself too .

So never pay to get reviews ,ask forum members ,niche groups ,fellows, friends, family to give honest reviews

I'm sure that if you post your service as a WSO, you'll get tons of requests to review it. Sometimes I wonder if anyone even buys these offers after seeing all the request for a free "review copy."
