    I´m using a few autoresponder systems to manage my lists and I´m using the follow-up system to predefine emails to be send to subscribers in a specific order, so there is no need to follow up for me!

    Most people will use autoresponder to follow up with there potential prospects and clients...

    That is what i do anyway, but the main thing you want to be doing is building a relationship with your list!

    For Follow Ups, I use Helpdesk software rather than email. It allows for expansion,

    Where I do rely on emails, I have a simple system. I mark emails still to deal with (usually where the answer isn't obvious) as unread.

    Your question is not clear to me. But if you are wanting to reply to support emails on time then you will want a system that will notify you each time when someone needs your attention. That way you will not only catch every email but you will always reply on time.

    I'm getting the impression you are talking about responding to incoming emails, not to an autoresponse list.

    I use Gmail to manage my emails, even from my domain email accounts.

    I only keep emails that still require attention in my inbox. Everything else is sorted out to a folder/folders to organize emails for future reference.

    If it is in my inbox, it needs attention.
