Question about selling a domain/website

Sure your website can be sold. But it requires too much maintenance. Find ways to automate some of the things you need to do to make money, if possible. And maybe try outsourcing it yourself or at least figure out how much the outsourcing would take away from the profit.
The the big question is how much of that $24K is profit?

Thanks for answer. To answer your questions, it can be automated for sure! I had that in mind but im a control freak and i want to do things on my own and im a little scared to share with others what i do... that is the reason i make almost all for myself.
For the moment i have one man that make few things for me to have less work and i pay him around 250-300$ per month. The profit was around $22k, maybe a little more from that $24k.

But to explain myself, the website does not require 10-12 hours continuously work. It need around 20-30 minute work from time to time over a period of 10-12 hours. But can be automated for sure!

If you could line up some content providers, you could add that to any possible costs of selling down thr line, and that might even increase what the sitre can be sold for. Buyers are more likely to purchase a site with the system already in place, as well as income verified.

Yes your website can be sold easily.

For costing you have to tell niche of your website ,as you told your website is not in English,so if it is converted to English your website can loose its potential as there will be more competitors in that case .

I use to to sell adsense earning sites, when I was in early phase of IM career. At that time I calculate the price of adsense site as monthly earningsX12months.

For example, if you site earns $30 per month through adsense then your asking price is 30x12= $360.

But there are factors like income track record, niche record.... increasing or decreasing or constant

I used adsenseflippers a lot for that...but now they have changed to empireflippers.com

If you can automate the daily work required then you can sell it for good profit. I suggest you to list your website on empireflippers.com. If your monthly income is $5000 then you can sell it for 20 * $5000 = $100,000.
