You can create 12 tee shirts that no one wants or create one that everyone wants.

To be successful on T-spring you have to be better at marketing than design.

First find the target demographic or niche you think will sell well, then design.

Some shirts designs (dogs, police, etc) sell better than others depending on hot trends or right timing.

    Also as agmcall noted:

    12+ bad designs = failure

    1 decent design + marketing = success

Not saying your designs are bad since we didn't have a look at them... just saying.

After that comes spreading the word via social media (Facebook+) and other avenues.

Well it's definitely due to poor shirt designs. I wouldn't buy those shirts either. hehe Try to hire someone from Fiverr to create the shirt designs for you.

You need to find a passionate niche that is willing to spend money..

    As far as marketing goes..

Paid traffic is the only way to make selling teeshirts your worthwhile!

Finding a niche with money is very important. (emphasis on WITH MONEY)
I learned this the hard way with my first campaign trying to sell designs to college students who did not have a lot of disposable income to spend.

    Your tired? Have a nap.

Also, as said earlier, get someone to design your shirts for you. It will increase your chances drastically.

Also if English isn't your first language, maybe have someone write up your product descriptions, because not to be mean, but no one will buy from you if you have bad grammar or spelling.

Maybe you can contact local high school sport coaches, and tell them that you can design them some custom t-shirts that their players can use to wear over their jerseys during practice, games, or even special tournaments.
