Hello Warriors,

Some of SEO Experts said that getting back links from ezinearticles is not a good technique these days. Is it write or still ezinearticles submission is one of the best linkbulding technique.

It used to be good until link builders abused it and started spamming links using those sites and similar articles. I believe it's no follow now (correct me if I'm wrong) and does not bring much SEO value except for a few clicks coming from that website.

It is one way of getting traffic back to your site, but a lot of people stopped using it (and article submission sites in general) once it got hit by some of the Google updates. If I'm going to write high-quality, original content, I'd rather publish it to my own site, where I have the control.

You can still use it. Follow the rules. How you insert the link (in the Bio) is very important. Ezine articles provide one of the most widely read base, so it is a very good source of high quality link. But like Joey said, concentrate on generating high quality, original content for your site. But once in a while, write an article (relevant and interesting in your niche).

The whole point of Ezine Articles was, as the name suggests, a resource that people could use to get content for their ezines (newsletters). The traffic was not supposed to come from the site but from the content when it was syndicated.

The SEO crowd stuffed things up when they tried, as usual, to game the search engines by throwing up rubbish articles to get backlinks. All of a sudden it was the SEO flavour of the month as thousands of people who normally found it difficult to string a sentence together became prolific article writers.

So, if you view Ezine Articles as a resource for content, that is still valid - although you will have to search through 7 shades of shit to find anything useable.

There is no problem using the better content off EA for ezines or blogs - especially if you are not relying on search engine traffic.

Here is another use....Want to make a quick report for a new niche? Find 2 or 3 quality articles that "flow" one to the other, add the bio credits and links in a resource page and you are done.
