Is ClickBank a good one and are there better alternatives?

    Depends on the category.

    Clickbank can be good. JVZoo can be good. WarriorPlus can be good. Your own, self hosted affiliate program can be good.

    That would depend on how you published it. If you gave Amazon exclusive rights. This is typically done if utilizing KDP select.

      Nice, another question after providing my apologizes for many questions. Is it legal to add my eBook in 2 affiliates websites like ClickBank and JVZoo?

    Once you publish in KDP Select and for 3 months thereafter your digital book must be exclusive to Amazon KDP Select.
    If your digital book is on Amazon but not in KDP Select, then you are free to publish it elsewhere -- ex. Draft2Digital, Smashwords, etc.
    If your digital book is in Amazon KDP Select, you can also publish a paperback version at CreateSpace.com -- another Amazon company -- or publish an audio version.

    Typically it is not. You would want to refer to any agreements for the sites in question. You will want to make sure you are not violating those agreements. Not that it would be illegal but may break a contract which would be a civil action.

    BTW I am not a lawyer so my opinion is just that. Research accordingly.
