The reason people don't make it?

I was just given this book to read over and it actually surprised me. Seth Godin is a good dude, and his book "The Dip" pretty much sums up why I think so many internet marketers fail to make big things happen.

Looking back over all the times I've seen success it's been because of busting through "The Dip" whether I realized I was doing it or not.

The book just put words to thoughts I'd had, and is a good read.

Figured I'd recommend it to ya'll, get your thoughts on it if you've already read it.

They don't make it because they don't stick with one thing for more than a few desperate days. Then they hop along to the next shiny object in search of the magic bullet of "what's working" or "what's selling."

It takes TIME and EFFORT to get good at this stuff. Anyone promising instant riches by working alone is lying. In over three years online, and fifteen in the corporate world before that, I've never seen it.

The only way of getting rich quick I've seen is to joint venture with someone who already has a distribution system to the target market. Think Shark Tank.

Yeah, I get that. The book talked about people going full steam ahead for those first few days (weeks, whatever) then when they hit "The Dip" go looking for the next easiest solution to their problems.

After "The Dip" is when the difference is made -- the uphill climb to being #1. The dip is where the time and effort really comes in, what separates beginner's luck from the successful people.

I completely agree with getting rich quick through luck and knowing the right people.

Yeah, I've learned that it is mostly mindset why people don't make it. You can give somebody the best tools but if their brain is not expanded enough to hold on to the tools your going to struggle.

    Ty for the share.

There are different reasons why people don't make it online.

To add to what has been said above...

Some lack vision and the ability to test and make adjustments until they obtain the conversions they are looking for... That's if they even know what conversion's they are looking for
