Well, if you want to sell domain faster, you need to proactively seek out potential buyers. This means searching for businesses or people that would benefit from your domain names. For example, if you own the domain name, "www.LandscapingOhio.com", you should look for landscapers and landscaping businesses in Ohio and nearby areas, and then send them an email, offering them your domain names.

Some tips:

- never mention the price first. Just say, Ï'm contacting other landscapers in Ohio and nearby areas, and will accept the best offer." This does two things: it lets them know you're offering them to your competitors, and it also forces them to name the price first.

- give them a way to opt out of your mailing list. This is to comply with CAN-SPAM act (although there are other things to consider besides this), but also to look polite and respectful.

- speak their language. If you're working with landscapers, make the email friendly, if you're working with doctors, make it a bit more formal, at least in greetings.

- personalize your email. Your email should read like it was written specifically for that business/person. Make a few remarks about their website, etc.

Apart from that, I recommend you follow fellow Warrior Gene Pimentel. He's one of the true experts on domaining.

If you do not like the Auction, you can choose Forum site. There are many good forum site, where you can make an offer to sell your domain. If someone interested to buy, they will knock you. Even you can get any message from the Warrior Forum user. Thanks.

Unless you have a really hot domain or a domain that has great business potential I would advise against trying to sell the domain on Flippa. This is because I notice that the bids are almost always too low compared to true market value of the domains.

On the other hand if you are buying domains Flippa is the way to go in my opinion.

I recently got an exact match domain for hotels vegas strip and nursing careers at very low prices.
