By so much surfing, you now have good idea about income opportunities and methods. Now, time is to take action. Decide one method, one strategy and one result.... if you succeed then scale, if not then move on to next one..... You will definitely find some thing which suits your personality, knowledge, attitude and aptitude.

Master one thing at a time and master it well.... here is good quote on mastering

"If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as a Michaelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, 'Here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well."

So get your job well done....

You can start in the War Room on this forum. You can also start by using the search function at the top of the page, and input questions that you have so that it can give you the best possible responses as possible.

  • pick one niche and one type of marketing and stick with it. Either buy a course or there are plenty of free sources on the net

For picking a niche, choose something you have an interest in.

My advice would be to start a blog and build an email list or promote an affiliate product.

These are easy to setup and as long as you can write well (youll learn as you go dont worry) you'll see some success within 6 months

You sound like a good candidate for the type who jumps from one program to another. Don't let this happen. They are all good. Most of them anyways. Pick something like what I have and talk about below or something where others are having good success and go to work. Stick with it. Surfing is good when your doing research and helping to move your business forward but don't surf looking for ways to make money.

Making money online is so damm easy and its all done the same way and when you understand those principles and how it works its a wonderful thing.

    Hi Brainster

I was in a similar place exactly 13 months ago.

I had 4 affiliate products on the go - all producing absolutely nothing. I was fed up to the back teeth being sold dreams that were all about clicking on the 'Big Cash Machine Button' that would earn me money with no effort at all. I decided to try one more time.

The first thing to realise is that if you want a sustainable online business that is going to earn you a regular residual income month after month - you need to do something to get this. You need to decide that's what you want and you will create it for yourself.

You are no different from all the successful marketers out there. All you have to do is start using what you already know the right way.

Find yourself a mentor who is is already successful, and decide to learn how to make money on the internet. Ask that person how he has achieved what he knows. If you are lucky and listen to your intuition, you will know when you find the right person. If you can't find one then do it yourself.

If you find a great person to help you then listen to them and do what they say...

Decide what you want and go and learn how to make it happen. That's what we all had to do!

If you want some practical tips - stop looking for approval from other people, and decide to become responsible for your own future.

    1. Get a domain name that describes what you do - or better still - use your real name.

    2. Put together a WordPress blog and start posting every day on it to build an internet presence.

    3. Tell people how you are trying to start an internet business, and tell your story from day one.

First blog post - "Today I decided to make it happen - I don't know exactly how just yet - but I will keep pushing until this works and I understand how to earn regular income this way. I will share my journey with you right here."

    4. Share your post on your Facebook page, Twitter etc etc Tell everyone this is what you are doing - then you will be answerable to them!

    5. Make sure you have an opt-in form on your blog so people can subscribe. Make a free product and give it away to every subscriber, and then find a product to follow up with. Or find a ready made sales funnel you can promote to the list you are starting to build.

    6. Keep going.

These are the basics. When you have some money you can start to look for paid traffic as well. But for now stick to free traffic. Think about who you want to sell to, and what you want to sell.

Remember nobody has ever heard of you out of the 20 zillion other sites out there, so they wont look for you or visit from nowhere. You have to actively look for people to engage with. You will want to offer a solution to the problem they have. You need to become an expert in helping people solve their problems...

There lots more - but that should get you started...

Yes. It's ok that you've been browsing for so long...now it's time to get started!

Do you have any idea in what area you'd like to be headed? There are so many different ways to get started online.

Find a mentor or training program to take you by the hand and lead you from the ground up. Do your homework and make sure that there are real and excellent testimonials about the training and the creator (to make sure that person will really help you when you need it).

    Discipline my friend.

Get yourself to write a short blog post everyday.

Let the habit become you, and when its ingrained you'll start worrying that you didn't post today.

Don't set too many goals in 1 day cause you'll procrastinate even more.

Start slow, and build up when you're confident you're producing a steady amount of whatever it is you want to do.

It's really not difficult once you get the hang of it. In many ways it's akin to Internet Marketing.

I still find myself doing a lot of this, I probably still find myself doing it.

The problem is there is sooooooo much stuff out there in IM land that its really really hard to stay focused.

If you have like an Amazon affiliate site, then set yourself a target of writing one review per day, then you can feel like you did at least something positive.

Another thing is procrastination, because people prefer thinking about doing rather than actually getting stuck in a and doing it, probably to do with fear of failure or the unknown.

You just have to take the bull by the horns sometimes and say you're not going to be that person any more.

unplugged from wifi, get out a notebook and a pen, and start writing stuff down.
Seriously, anything that come's to mind, and soon you'll start writing down you're interests, your ideas, your goals, and before you know it, you'll have some direction.

    It´s good to be surfing
but´s more important it´s the speed of implementation
take action on everything you´ll learn

and just follow only one system at the time until you master it completely.

If I were you, I'd use EVERNOTE to take 'clips' of stuff I find interesting

I would then invest in 30 minutes at the end of every day reviewing the clips and detecting patterns

    Start from there

Pick a skill, study it, become proficient in it, then try to sell it.

Blog about anything, because learning to write is important.

Read books, fiction and non-fiction. You'll learn a lot, and you'll become more creative.

Sounds to me like you already know what to do. Now the hard part is actually doing it.
Researching the "how-to's" of IM is much "sexier" than the day-to-day of actually implementing the strategies.

START implementing. Then if it seems you are spinning your wheels and making no traction...there's a piece missing somewhere. There is a point where you realize you're working hard and accomplishing nothing, if you still don't truly know what you're supposed to be doing. At that point, you go back to research to see what you missed.

If you are truly unable to put together the missing pieces...consider hiring a good coach who knows his/her game.

You need to stop consuming and start producing. Create something and then sell it. It really is that simple.

Consider this analogy as it might help draw a good picture for you:
Imagine that You have been walking in a Bush Land trying to find your way to the land of milk and honey. You then found yourself at the edge of a cliff.

There are several tiny bridges that you can use to cross this cliff but each time you cross there is a possibility you can fall into the cliff.

    What will you do?

Will you keep trying the different bridges to cross the cliff or you will just look for the one that you are confident is secure enough to take you to the other side?

For me I will choose one and cross to the land of milk and honey.

Also note: It is time for you to cross. If you don't do it now you will stay in the bush land and then keep asking the same question (How can I cross?)

Hope this throws some light into your situation!
