How to Implement Ebook CTA on Blog Posts?

I am trying to find a simple-to-implement, yet effective way to implement a call-to-action to put on select blog posts and pages.
The CTA will take people the squeeze page regarding a free ebook I created that they'll get upon the submission of their email address.
I don't want it put on every blog post and page on our site, because our content targets two different/distinct target markets; both are unrelated, so I can't have the CTA for my ebook on each page, because that ebook only serves one of the markets.
I know I could implement one of the "pop-up" types of squeeze pages or advertisement on select pages, however I need a solution that will work both on mobile devices as well as when my content is viewed on a desktop computer.
Any ideas?
From what I understand, from a conceptual perspective, I have two options, to either:
1. Place an ad on the blog posts/pages that takes them to the squeeze page, or
2. Place some type of squeeze page on the pages/blog posts themselves where they can opt in right then-and-there without being taken to another page (in this instance, a separate squeeze page)
Right?
How do you suggest I go about this?
