Build a product and a site around it, or build a website where you promote other products trough affiliation.
Optimize it until you get a positive ROI.
Buy a lot of traffic. More money you have, more traffic you buy, more profits.

If you don't have money it will be harder because you need a lot of time to work to attract visitors so you can test the product, optimize the site and landing page, and you do not have control over the amount of traffic you can direct.

If you have money, you can speed up the process. If something is not working, move to another. You will waste a lot of money in the process, but even if you lose $1000 to test different products, different sites, if you find one that is converting well you can say you have a business. Don't expect to get lucky from the first try, taking into account that you also need to learn a lot of new things. Keep trying even if you fail.

    Here are my ways.

Step 1: Get domain name and web hosting

Step 2: Get autoresponder from Aweber

Step 3: Buy some solo ads for $50-100

Step 4: Place a Facebook ad as well for just $5 per day.

Step 5: Also do free methods like blogging, videos, posting in forums like this and emailing my list regularly.

Buy what you need to run and grow your business. No more. No less.

If you owned a restaurant, it's unlikely that you'd go to a restaurant forum asking, "What should I spend my money on to grow my restaurant?" Instead, you'd just spend your money on those things your restaurant needed, whether ingredients, staff, or rent. And maybe if you wanted to expand, you'd look into building an addition onto your restaurant or buying a new building in which case you'd have a whole new set of expenses to think about. But the thing is in any case what you'd be spending your money on would be crystal clear based on what your business strategy was for your restaurant.

The exact same thing applies to online business. So think about your business plan and what do you need to buy to carry it out, then spend your money on those things and nothing else. If buying ads are part of your traffic strategy, do that. If writers or designers or programmers are needed, hire some. But the point is that your business plan should drive your budget rather than having your business plan be dictated by the fact that you happen to have some money to spend.

Hire VA's from the Philippines and monetize the low cost.

Build in-house software that can automate processes that are automatable.

Hire a coach/mentor. Obviously hiring the right one can be tricky, but having
someone that will help with taking you through A-Z processes of a proven
system, will in most cases get you ahead much faster than you would on
your own. In some cases may be the only way to take it to a higher level than
most, as in some systems there are secrets that are often not talked about in
    public or courses.

You didn't tell us exactly how you make money online, but if you are some kind of service provider, you should move towards something that generates residual income like niche blogging, having a PLR store or perhaps Kindle. If you decide you want to go the blogging route, PPC might be a good idea.

    Simplest answer, ever!

    By SPLIT-TESTING!

The best way to get into profits - when your money is working for you - is to learn EXACTLY what is working best and giving you the best ROI (return on investment).

    Plain and simple my friend!

Now, there is going to be a lot of trial and error here. Investing in paid traffic is always a gamble. And I suggest you to not do this with money that is tight up with something more important. Like your rent money, for an instance.

When it comes to investing, you have to do it with money you are okay with "losing" - just to be safe. Especially at the beginning. Because you will need to spend money, time and a lot of effort to find out exactly what is giving you the best ROI.

You can't just spend a few hundreds on traffic, with an offer you just thought it looked good - and expect money to come in that is and get into profits. Many make this mistake online and that leads most to believe this is bs.

It happened to me too. You HAVE TO understand the entire game very well, before you invest any amount of money.

It is all about Split-Testing, to learn what gives you the best ROI - and good profits.

    Thats it!

    Hope this helps!!

    Hi there,
do you know Warren Buffet? He's not an internet marketer, but what he said still holds true.
"Whatever you invest in, the best thing that you can invest in is in yourself" (not accurate word for word, but you get the idea)
So I'm not dissing the people that commented before me- I especially like FreedomBlogger's comment; what I'm saying is that you shouldn't be solely reliant on forum posts, some comments can be garbage. DIABL0 (above commenter) recommended that you get a coach (which I recommend to), if you can't afford one then just follow one.

Consider hiring students from local universities. Another option if you're in MLM is to bring a few distributors to work in your home office as needed.

It is really easy to put money to work in the IM. There is no problem. You can buy Domain & hosting, then you can hire freelancer to write Article or, content. Then you can do the SEO to increase your site traffic. In these way you can invest money on the IM section. Thanks

Hello everyone, I think the best strategy is the one described above by Amuro:

Step 1: Get domain name and web hosting

Step 2: Get autoresponder from Aweber

Step 3: Buy some ads for only $ 50-100

Step 4: Place a Facebook ad as well for just $ 5 per day.

Step 5: Also do free methods like blogging, videos, posting in forums like this and my emailing list Regularly.

but start doing this has a substantial cost therefore recommend using some less expensive method to make money then invest everything in this.

    regards.

You mean how should I utilize MY IM earnings into the business again?

    If so...

... OUTSOURCING is the BIG key to success.

    Why?

    Because of time constraints!

If you can automate your business to 70%, you have more time looking for the next bizz opp and making even more money.

That's the way how to scale your business:

Starting it => Make money with it => Scale it => Outsource it

and the loop begins from the beginning:

Starting it => Make money with it => Scale it => Outsource it

    and so on....

What I've always done is hire employees from the outplacement services of local universities and monster.com. Students and recent graduates are especially bright, articulate, dependable and eager to learn. I assign some projects to test their skills before hiring. They also must pass a background check and sign legally binding non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.

Hire the best Filipino employees and virtual assistants the Philippines has to offer! I highly recommend for full/part time workers. You can find workers for as low as $1.75 hour. Rather than posting a job and getting unqualified responses, do searches for people that have the qualifications you are looking for and contact them. Then the ones you like, put them through a bunch of tests to find the best ones.

Any workers that are just going to be performing tasks that's just a matter of learning a bunch of processes, get something like Camtasia and record them and use that for your training.

http://www.elance.com is my favorite for one off projects, but at the same time, you can find people that you end up doing multiple projects with for many many years. I prefer to work with foreigners in a bunch of cases, as I get a much lower price. But I always put in the project that they need to fully understand and read/write English as a qualifier. It drives me up a wall, when your messaging back and forth with someone and your scratching your head, trying to figure out what they are saying.

Read all the reviews that you possibly can. This is the number one thing I do when I need to hire someone new. Depending on the size of the project many will want something up front to start, but you don't have to do it. Make them deliver something first if you want...I have done this! Pay using as may milestones as needed, so you break the project up into multiple steps/payments.

If you ever have someone develop software and you have never done this, you need to be EXTREMELY specific how everything little part of it needs to function. If your vague, they may interpret it differently and and then you need something redone. This is what happened with the first program I ever had made and it was just that I assumed the programmer understood what I wanted from my not 100% extremely specific specs that I created.

Does Elance have some sort of grading for the virtual assistants? Can you trust reviews of people who have used them in the past? What is the ideal rate per hour in U. S. Dollars?

From every sale that you make, you have to issue a percentage of that money to be used for advertising again, to put into your savings account, and to use as your personal money to take care of your self and family (food, clothes, furniture, rent, etc).

That's my best answer to that question.
