Fiverr order cancel ?

I ordered one gig.
Seller delivered work but its not working.
So seller told me to cancel order.
I see no option to cancel order from app.
Help me how to cancel order.

    Ask the seller for instructions or contact Fiverr support.

      Getting a refund is not easy at all on Fiverr, and often not worth the trouble. You should definitely go with contacting support, or head to the resolution center and see if that helps.

    Not sure how I did it but I caceled order and then wheN it arrive7d my account, it was $4. I asked Fiverr support why 4 and not $5 to no avail. Now I couldn't make order with 4

    Anyways beware tbat your refunded money goes to your Fiverr account and not to PayPal.

      Yes, if you get a refund on Fiverr, they will often refund it to your "shopping balance." I was surprised and disappointed to see that.

    There is a button on the gig somewhere (although it may possibly only show up on the Seller's end) to request a mutual cancellation of the Gig. Most sellers prefer mutual cancellations so the cancellation does not impact on one's rating.

    If you cannot find the button, ask the seller to initiate a mutual cancellation. Once that it does you will get a notice from Fiverr that the Seller is requesting a mutual cancellation and asking if you agree with it. Once cancelled you will get your money back or a credit.
