City Directory ??

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a domain that has the city I live in

(City Name) Fun .com

I own a domain that has a city name and then Fun.com at the end of it.

I'm thinking about putting a city directory on it?? What do you think??
Do you have a wordpress theme you would recommend?

You can definitely use that to attract local and especially tourists looking for adventures or basically fun in that city. You can go the directory route, but not sure of the size of the city or popularity, but most likely you'd be way better off selling "exclusive space" ads on your site to businesses in the area.

Are you talking about more of an information/tourist website....and sell exclusive ads on that.
That sounds like a good idea. Does wordpress make a theme for something like that?

This can be profitable if your city doesn't already have a dedicated directory website. I have considered launching a similar website before so you might find these themes useful:

There are loads to choose from all with different functionality. You should reach out to business owners and tell them about your website and perhaps have a featured section on the homepage where businesses can promote themselves to increase their brand exposure. You could make money from this as well as generic ad space.
