Fulfillment houses to ship books/reports/DVDs?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'd like to give away a simple 20-30 page report, and I require a fulfillment house to do these services
1. Print
2. Bind
3. Ship internationally (mostly USA)

Obviously looking for the most cost effective ones as there'll be quite a fair bit. Are there any vendors out there that you guys can recommend?

Why you are bumping the thread, weren't those two suggestion suffice for you? Kunaki is really good service to use..

  Createspace is great for print on demand books but you would need the customer to buy the book on Amazon or go in the back end and buy them wholesale yourself.
  
  A better option is Vervante. They will print and ship your book on demand and they also do all sorts of other formats like DVDs etc. They will package it however you like.

You can use Createspace, Lulu, or Amazon Fulfillment On Demand. These are some of the most popular ones, but there are a ton of self-publishing sites on the net that can do what you're looking for.
