If you have Getresponse acct, you may try it. I don't think that they will put them under double optin. But most autoresponders will not allow because you have not built it with their permission.

6 pack and a happy clicking finger to copy & paste.

You may have better luck calling PayPal support. Ask them how to get a database of your past customers.

When was the last time you contacted your 5k list? This is important.

Do they know you? Do they buy from you recurringly? You make it seem like having an ebay store and/or using ebay's autoresponder service isn't sufficient for your needs.

Well i'm not sure if they'll be responsive as much as you want them to be.

2013 - 2015 is a huge gap. Your best bet is to reactivate them with a reactivation email, drive them to a free offer related to what they bought, and *work them* from there.

But if you are going to do this, you may be forced into having to do "confirmed opt-in" with most autoresponders.

You can try using an autoresponder service such as MailChimp or GetResponse, but if it's been a while since you've contacted your list or if they haven't bought from you in a while, I'm not sure how responsive they'll be and if they'll even be interested in what you want to promote. I'd suggest contacting Ebay support. Otherwise, you might have to do it manually.

yes the problem is that its goes to the spam folder so the chance that they will see in very low
if i send my offer to mail list in a simple mail its will be a problem ?

I was in the same situation some time ago.
I got someone to enter all the emails into a txt file line-by-line.
Then just import into GR as single optin.
The list went through a quality check at their end.
In the end, only about 65% of the emails were approved to be imported.
    Better that then nothing.

Some other imports got 100% approved.
So you won't know until you try.

You may want to use a service such as BriteVerify Email Verification to begin with. As others have mentioned before, that's a rather large gap and in most cases, they would have forgotten who you are.

Also... this is really important. You need to really think about your plan of action. Just because you have a list of 5k members, doesn't mean you can just burn it for the sake of promoting an affiliate offer.

Are the affiliate offers related to what these paying customers purchased from you? You may want to consider warming them up, maybe even doing a survey if you get enough clicks and opens per email and then figure out your best approach from there.

Aweber allows a list upload now, without an email going to the list.

You could consider the mailpoet plugin for wordpress. It has no import restrictions. However consider hosting with a good host like gvo otherwise your emails could go into spam. Using the smtp plugin with it will send out through multiple hosts speeding up mailings & reducing the possible spam issues.
